Follow onscreen directions and print 2 copies of each of the forms, and then bring them to our registration site. New players please bring a valid I.D.

Registration will take place at:

RIVER PARK
5100 N. FRANCISCO

SATURDAY MARCH 20TH 2010
9:00 A.M. TILL 2:30 P.M. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

DOORS WILL CLOSE PROMPLTY AT 2:30 P.M.!!
COST is $85.00 per child

AFTER MARCH 20TH 2010 COST IS $110.00 PER CHILD
We will continue to take registration on Saturday’s @ Peterson Park (OUTSIDE BY THE PICNIC TABLE) until June 5th, after June 5th your child will be place on a waiting list.
 
MONEY ORDERS, CHECKS OR CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED

WE CAN NO LONGER ACCEPT CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS!!
