AYSO and Herbalife Fundraiser

This year’s fundraiser has kicked off!  You should have  all received your fundraising packets by now.  If you  haven't you can request one from the organizers, our  Herbalife sponsors.  They can be reached by phone or in  person at the Parent Information Meeting this Saturday, September 20th from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Come get your  questions answered and sample the products that we will sell  to support AYSO.  The telephone number to RSVP for the  parent meeting or to ask any questions is (847)219-3121.  The Parent Meetings are not mandatory.  They are meant to be a service to you.
 
This event requires a tremendous commitment from kids and their families.  We will fulfill on our promise to the Chicago Park District to make field improvements in the  spacious Peterson Park where we enjoy our games.  Thank you to the many of you who are already giving your time and  attention to the AYSO mission and goals through volunteerism and allowing AYSO to contribute to your child’s  development.  We ask that you add this fundraiser to your  efforts, ramping up the game right along with us.  I hope that I can count on you to help support our efforts to grow by sharing the opportunity to give back to AYSO with your family, friends, neighbors and co-workers.
 
We’re creating a healthy future for our AYSO families and our organization by selling nutritional products and receiving 50% of the retail profit as a donation from our local Herbalife distributors. 

You can support AYSO and your player by:
  1. scheduling fundraising time as a family,
  2. teaching him/her polite and responsible ways to speak to neighbors, relatives and friends when asking them to purchase nutrition and fitness products to raise money for their soccer field improvements,
  3. assisting your soccer player in filling out the order form and proper accounting,
  4. providing lots of encouragement and praise for their efforts,
  5. by showing a great example and taking it on at your office and with friends.
