How does a player can get better?

Parents,

First, Let them play !   Have players enjoy the game and have fun.

Solo Practice

A player should work on their own by having a ball and working on individual skills.

Dribbling Skills
Juggling the Ball with Feet
Good First Touch

Like a musician, a soccer player must practice own their own to develop individual skills.

Team Session

Your coach has called a "practice".    It's a " team practice" or " team session ".  Let's be clear.

A practice is where you as the player work on individual skills at home.   Your coach calls for a practice where you work your skills with your teammates.    Like musicians, the band must practice together.  Your "team practice" is where you and your teammates work on skills together with small sided games like 3 on 3.

Sample Weekly Program

During the season, your coach has called for a team practice on Tuesdays.    What do you do between Tuesday and Saturday Game Day ?!

Answer:  Your Practice on your own.    Spend 15-20 minutes just working on your dribbling skills.   Invite a friend to work on passing back and forth.   Have fun.   Count the number of touches you get on a ball.   Some players try to get 100 touches a day, maybe 500 !

Skills Building and Soccer Camps

Attending a Soccer Camp is a great way on building your soccer skills.   Your Soccer Camp Instructors are highly trained with technical skills building.   You'll have fun learning and build up your skills to be more confident when the season starts!  At a Soccer Camp, you'll play a lot of training games such as " World Cup " or " Galaxy Battle ".

All players who have attending Soccer Camps show a huge improvement at the start of every soccer season.
