REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. To register, you will need to set up an account on our website. If you already have an account, login and proceed. If you do not have an account, click the "Register Now" link at the top of the page:

2. Fill in the information and click "Create Account!"



3. Once logged in, fill in the primary Parent/Guardian's information:



4. You will be asked to describe your role. Choose parent or guardian:



5. Next, add your participating child's information:



6. After entering your participating child (or children), the age-appropriate program will show as available to register. Registration is based on the child's birth year. If you would like your child to play in a higher division (e.g., a 7-year old playing in 10U), please contact us.


NOTE: The price shown for the program does not include the $20 AYSO membership fee for each player, which will be added automatically at checkout, for a total program price of $100 ($130 after April 30).

7. Complete the player application information, then proceed to the electronic signature page. You must check the "I agree to use an electronic signature" box and select the FIRST radio button as the player's parent/guardian, then type your name as your "signature":




8. After e-signing the application, you will be asked about volunteer opportunities. You may sign up to volunteer for team-related activities (coach, team parent) at this time. If you wish to volunteer in a non-team specific area (such as referee), please follow our separate volunteer registration instructions.

9. At checkout, you may pay with a major credit card. The charge on your bill will be from "Blue Sombrero". A receipt will be emailed to the address you used to register the account.

If you are a new AYSO participant, please print out a copy of your receipt and a copy of the signed player application for each player to our registration outreach event to confirm the player's age and uniform sizing. You may print out a copy of the form from the "My Account" page:

Registration Information

Registration price is $100 ($130 after April 30) which includes uniform, 8 fall games and 8 spring games. This price includes the $20 AYSO annual membership fee per player which will be added to your shopping cart at checkout. 

First-time AYSO participants will need to bring their completed registration paperwork and proof of player age (e.g., birth certificate) to our in-person registration on April 6, or to our registration table at Peterson Park on Saturdays between April 20 and June 8. We will also have staff from our region able to assist those who are having difficulties with the online registration process.
