Volunteers needed – Callout to become a referee (Youth),

All youth (12 and older)  are welcome to become a referee for Region 183. We will train you, provide mentorship (will not send you on the without support), and provide full uniform and required equipment (for referees who complete the course and referee on our fields)..  

For any of you that require Service Learning Hours all courses as well as field time counts. Just ask the Ref Admin to fill out your form.

Do I need to referee every week or do multiple games? That is up to you. We ask, if you can to do o game a week (1hr).

For new Youth Referees, the following are required courses that need to be completed:

• AYSO’s Safe Haven
• CDC Concussion Awareness Training
• Sudden Cardiac Arrest (Online Courses)
• Safe Sport

If these were completed in a prior year, they DO NOT need to be retaken.
